| In order to utilize diverse
employment and volunteer experiences, Kathleen Keaney Snavely started Lightkeeper
Consulting as a home-based business in 1995. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from
Houghton College in 1978. While teaching nursery school and directing a childrens
education program for a Pittsburgh church, she worked toward her teaching certificate at a
local college and accrued continuing education credits from four seminaries. In 1994, Mrs.
Snavely completed graduate school at Pennsylvania State Universitys Capital College
and earned the degree of Master of Education in Training and Development. Mrs. Snavely also teaches small business development and entrepreneurship
courses at Harrisburg Area Community College's Lebanon Campus; classes currently available
include: "Starting Your Own Business," "Networking in Lebanon County,"
and "Creating Strategic Alliances."
When the scope of a particular project goes beyond the realm
of her experience, other consultants who can meet the precise needs of the client are
located and a team approach evolves. Past collaborations have included the talents of:
Barbara Kauffman (Kauffman Creative Services), Sage Schott-Reed (The Assessment Network),
Juli McGreevy (Independent Consultant), Brian Amerman (Amerman and Co., PC), and graphic
artists Kirsten Erdman MacClain, David Scheirer, and Chet Stetsko. |
